Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

H M Tucker Inc is committed to providing a website and digital services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. Our goal is conformity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we’re doing

To support digital accessibility, we:

  • use semantic HTML, meaningful headings, and descriptive link text;

  • provide sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators;

  • include labels and instructions for form fields;

  • aim for keyboard-only operability across navigation and forms;

  • add alt text to meaningful images; and

  • audit new content for accessibility before publishing.

Standards and compatibility

This site is intended to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Pages are designed to be responsive on modern devices, including mobile and tablets.

Known limitations & third-party content

While we aim for WCAG 2.1 AA across the site, some content or features may come from third-party services (e.g., embedded maps, videos, form providers). We do not control these vendors but select them carefully and provide alternatives when feasible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in any third-party component, please let us know (see “Feedback & requests” below) and we’ll offer an alternate method to access the information.

PDFs and downloadable files

Where possible, we provide content as accessible web pages. If a file (e.g., PDF) is not fully accessible, we will provide the information in an alternate format upon request.

Feedback & requests (how to reach us)

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our site and services. If you need an accommodation or a document in an alternate format, contact us:

  • Email: support@hmtuckerinc.org

  • Phone: 727-687-2768 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET)

Formal complaints

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review our site, update content templates, and train staff to meet our accessibility standards. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

We do not discriminate on the basis of disability and will make reasonable modifications to policies and procedures when necessary to provide equal access to programs and services.
